Besides my employment as a programmer, I like to call myself an inventor. I am familiar with many types of crafting, woodworking, blacksmithing, 3d-modeling to name a few.
My latest dream is to start a print farm and eventually launch a small business to sell some things I have created. The first project I plan to sell will be a ’microgreen’ system that I have designed and tested myself, as well as a super easy shelf system for windows for people who might have a few too many plants 🙂
A print farm is an exciting concept where you have multiple printers producing items you’ve invented. Once they’re finished, you’ll have products ready to sell! The more printers you have, the more products you can create, and eventually, demand will meet print capacity. Currently, I only own one printer, so it’s still a long way to go before that dream becomes a reality.
I have choosen to work with Prusa printers becayse they are scalable, upgradable and easy to implement external components to.
My current printer is a Prusa MK4s. I own another Prusa mk3s, but I dont use that now as it’s located at a friends place at the moment.
